My verification is still pending, what do I do?

If you have submitted manual proof for review, you should receive a response (successful or unsuccessful) within 30 minutes of submission. If this time has passed, you can attempt to re-submit your proof if you’re still in a pending state or reach out to support@beansid.com for an update.
